Shipping Information
We ship houseplants throughout the continental United States using UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Each order is carefully packed to ensure your plants arrive healthy and ready to settle into their new home. Shipping costs include both shipping and handling, which covers packaging materials, plant protection, and the time it takes to prepare each order.
West Coast customers may select slower ground services when the weather allows. During mild conditions, ground transit is usually safe for most plants, and it helps keep shipping costs lower. If temperatures are extreme — hot or cold — we recommend upgrading to faster shipping to avoid stress during transit.
For customers across the country, we strongly recommend choosing 1- or 2-day delivery to ensure plants arrive in the best possible condition. Live plants can be sensitive to temperature and extended travel times, so faster shipping is the safest option outside the western states.
Handling costs are included in your shipping rate, but they may vary depending on the size and type of plant. Larger specimens or complex packaging may incur slightly higher handling charges to cover extra materials and care. We always aim to keep these costs fair and reflective of the real work involved in getting your plants safely from our shop to your door.
